摘要
分析了对二甲氨基苯甲醛法和二乙酰单肟法在尿素水解系统微量尿素分析中应用的优缺点。通过酸试验、显色剂用量试验、反应时间与温度等试验,对二乙酰单肟法进行了改进,提高了方法的精密度和准确度,满足了生产分析要求。
The merits and shortcomings are analyzed of the paradimethylaminobenzaldehyde method and the diacetyl monoxime method in their application to the determination of trace urea in the urea hydrolytic system. By conducting acid tests, developer use level tests, and reaction time and temperature tests, the latter method is modified, and its precision and accuracy are improved, satisfying the requirements of analysis in production.
