摘要
介绍了尿素包装系统中所使用的3种袋式除尘器的工作原理、结构性能,总结了其运行情况和相关的改进措施,并就存在的问题加以分析、提出对策。目前国内仍有不少大化肥企业的尿素包装系统的袋式除尘器需要进行改造或重建,为此对袋式除尘器今后的改造提出了建议。
A presentation is given of the working principle and structural properties of 3 kinds of bag filters used in the urea packing system, their operation and relevant improvement measures are summed up, and an analysis is made of the existent problems, with counter-measures proposed. Currently, the bag filters of the urea packing system in several large domestic chemical fertilizer plants still need improvement or reconstruction, and suggestions are offered on the future improvement on bag filters.
