分析了尿素刮料机传统启动方式存在的不足之处。利用DCS的内部功能,实现了对传统启动方式的改造,为大化肥装置的稳定运行提供了保障。

An analysis is made of the drawbacks in the conventional startup mode of the urea scraper. By making use of the internal functions of DCS, the transformation of the conventional startup mode is completed, providing assurance for the stable operation of the large chemical fertilizer unit.
