摘要
基于供应链管理思想,针对二级供应链中的制造商和零售商的合作关系,建立一种基于协商定价的利润分配模型.根据影响需求的主要因素(如价格和广告等)确定制贩双方的利润分配因子的取值,并在合作模型的基础上,讨论了在不同情况下双方的重复性博弈结果,指出供应链上下游企业通过长期合作以达到“双赢”目标的可行性.结果表明,制造商和零售商坚持合作对双方的长期利润是最理想的.
Based on the theory of supply chain management, a model for distributing profit based on consuiting pricing consultation is set up, which points to the partnerships between manufacturer and retailer in a supply chain. According to the main factors affecting the demand, the numerical value of the profitallotting coefficient between manufacturer and retailer is decided, then the repetitive game results of the two partners under different conditions are discussed, and the feasibility of the long-term cooperation in a supply chain to realize the “two-win” objective is illustrated. The conclusion is that it is best for the long-term both manufacturer and retailer to insist on cooperation for their long-term benefis.
