摘要
介绍了运用专家系统解决铁水运输调度中的产生自动指令问题,并对高炉、炼钢工位、机车、TPC 进行动态可视化管理的过程,同时能够运用专家系统对工位结束时间、机车运行时间进行预测,从而实现对 机车走向,TPC最佳去向进行最优化决策。最后介绍了使用prolog语言开发该专家系统的过程。研究为铁 水运输调度优化提供了先进的手段和方法。
In this paper, using expert system, we solve the problem of how to give injunction by computer itself in the field of molten iron transport scheduling. We study about the dynamic database of blast furnace, train, TPC. In the same time the expert system can forecast the ending time of work pot and the moving time of the train, therefore it can realize the real time dispatching of optimal goal of train and TPC. At the ending of the paper, we study how to use the PROLOG language to develop the expert system. So that we finish the study and give the advanced management method and technique for molten iron transport scheduling.
