摘要
本文主要研究了糙皮侧耳菌丝静态繁殖过程中及断裂繁殖过程中胞外酶活性变化.测定了淀粉酶、羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶及滤纸纤维素酶的活性变化.结果表明,断裂繁殖对于淀粉酶、FP酶的活性的提高有积极的影响.这对纤维素的分解与利用具有重要的意义.
The change of various extracellular enzyme activity at mycelial static state and rupture growth from pleurotus ostreatus in the solid culture medium are studied. The enzyme activity of amylase, carboxymethyl cellulose, hemicellulases, filter paper cellulose are discussed, The result shows that rupture growth can increase activity of amylase and filter paper cellulose. There are the important meaning in the decomposition and 'exploitation of celluloses.
