To establish positive therapist-client rapport is a precondition and a foundation stone that the psychotherapy processes can go on wheels and achieve ideal efficiency. In sandplay, therapist act as the mother of the traumatic inner child of client, he（she） witness silently the expression of client＇s inner world, accompany and participate empathically client＇s psyche healing processes, create a free and protected space. Keeping the attitudes of these roles in practice, the trust therapist-client relationship would be established, and the positive efficiency of sandplay therapy would be achieved expectably.
