摘要
实现对用户端到端的管理是网络运营商面对的共同课题,在模拟状态下,在网络改造的同时,采用加解扰的方式增加较少的投入就能达到这一目的,还能为数字电视业务的开展打好基础。
The common subject of the network businessman is realizing network peer services management to users. In the state of analogue, when the network rebuild, in order to realize this aim, adapting analog scramble/descramble way increase less investment, in the meantime the basement of the developing digital CATV will be build well.
