CD_3AK细胞诱导白血病Jurkat细胞凋亡的实验研究

Lekemia Cells Jurkat' Apoptosis Induced by CD_3AK Cells

目的探讨CD3AK细胞诱导白血病Jurkat细胞凋亡的效果。方法用细胞形态学观察,DNA 琼脂糖电泳,原位末端标记法分别检测Jurkat自然凋亡率和CD3AK细胞诱导的Jurkat细胞凋亡率。结果 Jurkat细胞自然凋亡率为(4．60±2．17)％;CD3AK细胞诱导的Jurkat绌胞凋亡率为(27．38±4．91)％,两者之间具有显著性差异(t=15．1 P<0．01)。结论 CD3AK细胞能诱导白血病Jurkat细胞凋亡。

Objective To study whether CD3AK cells could induce Jurkat cells＇ apoptosis. Methods Apoptosis was detected by cell morphology, DNA agarose gel electrophoresis and TUNEL technique. The percentage of Jurkat cells＇ apoptosis which were occurrence naturally, were induced by CD3AK were detected respectively. Results The percentage of Jurkat cells＇ apoptosis was （4.60±2.17） %, （27.38±4.91） % respectively, the difference between them was significant（t=15.1 P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion CD3AK could induce lekemia Jurkat cells＇apotosis.
