摘要
目的:观察用三种压力液压扩张对自体移植静脉内皮细胞功能的影响。方法:设置低、中、高三种压力行自体静脉液压扩张后,移植于同名动脉。利用生物测定法观察静脉内皮细胞在不同时间内前列环素(PGI_2)的变化。结果:40kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg)扩张时,移植静脉PGI_2含量即受抑制,120kPa扩张后PGI_2含量不易恢复;组织学结果与PGI_2变化趋势平行一致。结论:临床上尽量选用低压扩张,避免用高压扩张;移植静脉内皮细胞功能没有实现真正的"动脉化",压力扩张不影响其移植通畅率。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between different liquid hyperdistension and changes of the endothelial cell PGI_2 of the grafted veins. Methods: The autogenous vein (femoral vein FV) was distended with three different pressures before transplanting to FA (femoral artery). The endothelial PGI_2 of vein was measured at defferent time. Results: When the pressure was 40kPa, the PGI_2 production was inhibited and the extent of inhibition correlated positively with the pressure. The PGI_2 of the 120kPa group was difficult to restore. The trend was that the PGI_2 production of the cell slowly recovered in pace with time. Conclusions: Low pressure should be used if necessary in clinic. From the view to the function of the cell, the vein is never truly arterialized and the distension does not make a notable impact to the graft patency rate.
