摘要
目的:探讨5—Fu对人胃癌细胞的杀伤作用及对金属硫蛋白(MT)表达的影响。方法:利用人胃癌BGC—823细胞株在培养过程中加入5-Fu继续培养5h或10h收获,然后用HE和免疫组化染色,光镜下进行观察。结果:实验组BGC—823细胞变形,MT表达强度和位置有明显变化。结论:5—Fu作用5h对胃癌细胞有杀伤作用,对癌细胞形态和MT的表达均有明显影响。
Objective: To study the killing function of 5-fiuorouracil to patient's gastric carcinoma cells and its effect on the expression of MT. Methods: As BGC-823 gastric carcinoma cells were cultured in CO2 training box, 5-Fiuorouracil was injectetd to be cultured continuously for 5h or 10h. Then patient's gastric carcinoma cells were stained wih haematoxylin-eosin(HE) and dyed with immunohistochemical method which was observed under optical microscope. Results: BGC-823 ceils were transformed in experimental group. The change of position and degree was obvious in expression of MT. Conclusion: After working 5 hours 5-Fiuorouracil has a significant killing function to gastric carcinoma cells ,obviously influence the appearance of carcinoma cells and the expression of MT.
