摘要
为了更准确地得到风粉混合管温度测点位置以及煤粉流量,从热平衡的角度分析了煤中水分对风粉混合带来的影响,并对能量平衡法测量煤粉锅炉风粉流量的一维模型进行了修正。根据模型,风粉混合温度测点最佳位置在风粉混合后3m处。
In order to accurately obtain the temperature measuring point of pulverized coal and air mixing pipeline, as well as the flow rate of pulverized coal, the influence of moisture content in coal upon the mixing of pulverized coal and air has been analysed from the viewpoint of thermal balance, and the onedimentional model for measurring pulverized coal and air flow rate for the boiler based on energybalance method being modified. Based on the model, the best location of temperature measuring point to be 3 m after mixing the air with pulverized coal.
