摘要
研究了一种降低新树脂低分子有机物的办法。采用80℃去离子水对新树脂反复浸泡,可明显降低其中的低分子有机物。试验结果表明:(1)大孔树脂携带的低分子有机物较凝胶树脂低,且较易浸出;(2)树脂处理合格后应连续运行,否则需重新处理方可使用;(3)所研究的处理方法对树脂的理化性能没有影响。
A method for reducing lowmolecular organics in new resins has been studied. The new resins are repeatedly soaked in 90℃ deionized water, and then the lowmolecular organics contained in said resins can be obviously reduced. Test results show: (1) the lowmolecular organics carried in macroporous resins are less than that contained in gelatinous resins, and more easily to be soaked out; (2) after the resins being treated up to standard, they should be continuously kept in operation, otherwise, they can be reused only after being treated again; (3) the said treatment method hasn't influence upon physicochemical properties of the resins.
