摘要
对125MW机组F11(X20CrMo WV121)钢主蒸汽管爆破的原因进行了试验分析,认为主蒸汽管强度不足、材料中存在大量的非金属夹杂物、材料老化,蠕变损伤的不断累积,以及超期服役等是造成脆性蠕变爆破的主要原因。
The causes leading to burst rupture of F11 (X20CrMoWV121) steel main steam pipeline for 125MW unit have been tested and analysed. It is believed that the causes resulting in brittle creep rupture are as follows: insufficient strength of the main steam pipe line; many nonmetallic inclusions existing in the material; degradation of the material; continuous accumulation of creep damage; and extended period in service, etc..
