摘要
对25例脑梗塞患者经尼莫地平治疗前后TCD、内皮素(ET)的影响进行了研究。发现病灶侧收缩期脑血流速度(Vs)有下列变化:前部脑Vs3例正常,2例增快,20例减慢。基底动脉(BA)Vs3例正常,4例增快,18例减慢。用尼莫地平及生理盐水治疗作为对照,尼莫地平治疗后病灶侧大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)、基底动脉(BA)Vs与正常对照组差异无显著性,治疗前后Vs自身对照差异有显著性(P<0.05),生理盐水治疗后与正常对照组及尼莫地平治疗后有显著差异(P<0.05)。急性期ET与BAVs呈直线正相关(r=0.968,P<0.05),ET与ACAVs。
The effects of TCD and plasma endothelins(ETs) in 25 patients of cerebral infarction treated with Nimodipine were studied. The results showed that cerebral blood flew velocity in systolic period have three changes: anterior cerebral blood flew velocity:3 cases were normal, 2 cases increased and 20 cases discreased.Basal artery blood flew velocity in systolic period:3 cases were normal, 4 cases increased, 18 cases discreased. Treatment of Nimodipine compared with treatment of 0.9% Natrium Chloride, after treatment with Nimodipine,there was no difference between anterior cerebral artery blood flew velocity in systolic period(ACAVs), middle cerebral artery blood flew velocity in systolic period(MCAVs),basal artery blood flew velocity in systolic period(BAVs) in ischemic hemisphere and 15 controls, but it increased significently than before treatment with Nimodipine( P <0.05).After treatment with 0.9% Natrium Chloride,ACAVs,MCAVs and BAVs in ischemic hemisphere discreased significently than after treatment with Nimodipine and 15 controls( P <0.05).Plasma ETs in acute period was positively correlated with BAVs(r=0.968, P <0.05).Plasma ETs in acute period was no correlated with ACAVs or MCAVs.
