Constructing New Mechanism of Students' Apartment Management

本文系统总结了邢台职业技术学院实行后勤社会化改革后,面对学生公寓管理职能转变和出现的新矛盾而进行的改革与探索。阐述了学院构建“三位一体”学生公寓管理新机制的成功做法和取得的成效,对促进学生公寓管理模式的研究有一定的借鉴意义。

This thesis summarizes systematically the reforms and exploration for Xingtai Vocational and Technical College to meet the functional changes and new conflicts emerging in students＇ apartment management since it implemented the reform in socializing the Deparunent of Logistics, explains the College＇s successful experience and achievements and effects made of constructing a new “three-in-one” students＇ apartment management system, and it is of some value as reference to the research of promoting the mode of students＇ apartment management.
