摘要
目的探讨老年高血压患者血压与脑血流速度之间的相关性及昼夜变化规律。方法使用经颅多普勒,血压计等对21例老年高血压患者及21例健康老人进行24h血压与大脑中动脉血流速度检测分析。结果血压与脑血流呈昼夜周期性变化,对照组血压与血流变化呈显著正相关(r=0.554,P<0.05);高血压组无相关性(r=0.406,P>0.05)。部分高血压患者夜间至清晨流速增高伴有异常多普勒频谱改变,及血压-血流速度分离现象。
Aim\ To research the circadian changes and correlation between blood pressure(BP), cerebral blood flow velocity(CBFV) in elderly hypertension.\ Methods\ Transcranial Doppler, sphygmomanometer were used to measure the BP and blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery(MCA) for 24 hours in 21 healthy elders(control group)and 21 elderly with hypertension(EH group).\ Results\ In normal subjects the BP and CBFV changes show circadian rhythm, the correlationship of BP CBFV in the control group was positive(r=0 554,P<0 05). However, the correlation was not significant in the EH group(r=0 406,P>0 05). The blood flow velocity increased and was accompanied by abnormal Doppler frequency in some of EH cases.\ Conclusion\ The correlation between BP and flow velocity was seperated in the EH group, and the disorder of hemodynamics usually found from the mid night to morning.
