摘要
利用宁夏气象局局域网共享平台的资料,直接读取雷达回波T扫资料进行分析辨别;采用可视化编程软件,计算出进行人工增雨、消雹、消雨发射火箭弹作业时间、作业点、仰角、高度角、火箭弹用量等参数,研制出人工影响天气指挥系统.该系统结合易于计算机自动化程序设计的需要,筛选了顶高、强度、30D BZ厚度、底高、强中心高度、强度梯度、高宽比、距离、多雹区和零度层共10个因子进行分析计算,操作简便、可视化程度较高.
The rocket artificial influence on weather command system was investigated by the Yinchuan Weather Bureau, which could utilize the shared information on internet of the Ningxia Weather Bureau and directly read radar echo T scan data to analyze and identify. It applied visual programming software to work out relevant parameters of artificial rainmaking and hail removal, such as the rainmaking rocket launch time, target points, elevation, altitude angle and quantity of rockets needed etc. Combining with the needs of computer automatic design and programming, the system selected 10 factors for analysis and calculation, which included top altitude, intensity, 20 DBZ thickness, bottom altitude, pressure center altitude, intensity gradient, depth-width ratio, distance, hail-rich zone and zero degree tier. It' s an interactive decision-making and command operation platform, which features on easy operating and high degree of visualization.
