摘要
分析酸介质、氢化物发生、增敏掩蔽剂等因素对测定植物饲料组织的影响,选择出仪器的最佳工作条件,采用盐酸介质进行测定;当灯电流为80mA、负高压为290V、消化浸泡时间为24h时,不但可有效消除共存离子的干扰,而且能起到增敏作用.该方法的检出限为1.35μg/L,线性范围为0~300μg/L,回收率为90%~105%;将其应用于测定枸杞、饲料、灌木枝叶中的痕量Se,结果较满意.
The effect of the medium amounts of acid, reducing agent and screening agent, the best condition of nitration on the determination of Se were analyzed. The operating condition of the instrument was also optimized. In hydrochloric acid medium, with 80 mA lamp current, 290V lamp voltage and 24 hours digestion time, the determination not only could eliminate the interference of foreign ions, but enhance the sensitivity. The detecting limit for Se was 1.35 μg/L in the linear range of 0-300 μg/L. The recovery of standard addition was in 90% - 105%. This method was applied to the determination of trace selenium in matrimony vine, fodder, bush branch and leaf, and the result was satisfied.
