摘要
由于环保的要求,脱硫烟囱越来越被现代电厂广泛设计运用;同时,机组的增大,烟囱的建筑高度不断攀升,都相应对施工技术、施工工艺提出了更高要求.结合某电厂2×330MW机组建设工程的210/7.0m脱硫烟囱的混凝土筒壁和砖筒壁施工,探讨了电动提升架技术在该工程中的应用.实践表明:该技术有安全性高、进度快、劳动强度低、半径尺寸易控制等优点.
For the request of environmental protection, desulfurizing chimney is more and more circulating by the design of modem power station. At the same time, the aggrandizement of machine set and the increase of the height of chimney, all corresponding to the construction technique, were put forward to meet the higher request. Combined some power station's 2× 330 MW machines with 210/7.0 meter the sulphur chimney, the paper discussed the application of dynamoelectric promotion techniqe in the engineering. Practices showed that technique contains high safety, swift progress, low labour, and the radius size easy to control etc.
