摘要
针对薄壁包套的尺寸大、壁薄、刚性差,装夹时易变形,加工易产生振动,加工难度大的特点,分析并确定了较合理的精车包套的切削参数、主要车刀型号、车刀材质、角度,以及为提高包套刚度所使用的支撑压板、心轴等辅助夹具,并给出了加工过程中安装车刀的方法.
Size of the thin wall wrap is big, the wall is thin, rigid, easy to deform while packing, and easy to vibrate in producing, so it needs a proceeding technological design. The technological design was horizontal and high and low to products with rate of production. Production cost all contained important influence. The paper analyzed and suggested more proper turning parameter, main lathe tool type, lathe material and angle, and supporting shelf and central axis, etc. Finally, it provided with the method of installing lathe tool in process.
