建国以来特别是十一届三中全会以来,陈云同志运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法,深刻总结党的建设的历史经验,从执政党生死存亡的高度科学地回答了执政党必须搞好和怎样搞好党风廉政建设的重大问题,继承和发展了马克思主义关于执政党党风建设的理论。重温他的党风廉政思想,对于加强党的建设、推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设和构建社会主义和谐社会,都具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 1 lth Central Committee of C.P.C., by employing the Marxist stand, viewpoint and method, Chenyun had summed up profoundly the historical experiences of the construction of our Party and gave scientific answers to the question how to strengthen the construction of our Party conduct and honest administration from the point of the grave crisis between life and death of the ruling party. Chenyun carried on and developed Marxism on the theory of ruling party conduct construction. Reviewing his theory will make significant contribution to strengthen the party construction and push on punishing and preventing corruption and establish a harmonious socialist society.
