摘要
本文在阐述中国土地征用制度现状的基础上,揭示了现行土地征用制度中存在的问题,提出改革征地制度的对策建议。
On the basis of explaining the current China＇s land expropriation system, this paper tries to reveal the existing problems in the system of current land expropriation, and puts forward some suggestions on reforming this system.
