摘要
企业并购中存在很大的文化风险,为实现企业并购后的成功,企业文化整合是企业并购实施阶段中非常重要的环节。文章阐述了企业并购中存在由于文化冲突而产生的文化风险,并提出并购的文化整合原则和整合策略以确保并购的成功。
There is a great cultural risk in corporate mergers and acquisitions. In order to ensure the success, the cultural integration of enterprises is an important link in the implement stage of corporation. The paper points out that the culture conflict results in the cultural risk in corporate mergers and acquisitions and puts forward the cultural integration principle and strategy.
