摘要
盛花后7d 和14d,以6种不同浓度的 CPPU 对鄂桃1号果面进行喷布处理。结果表明:各处理均降低了果实的可滴定酸含量和硬度,提高了总糖含量和糖酸质量比,增加了果实裂果率,而对果实可溶性固形物和维生素 C 的含量无显著影响。10mg·L^(-1)、20mg·L^(-1)和30mg·L^(-1)的 CPPU 能促进果实纵径和横径增长,增加果实体积和重量,提前成熟期。40mg·L^(-1)和50mg·L^(-1)的 CPPU 使果实成熟期延迟。生产上可考虑使用的浓度为20mg·L^(-1)或30mg·L^(-1)。
Different concentrations CPPU were sprayed on Etao-1 fruit 7 d and 14 d after full bloom.The results revealed that all treatments reduced titratable acididy and hardness,increased sugar content,the ratio of sugar content and titratable acididy and cracking fruit rate,but the content of soluble solids and Vitamin C between the treatments and the contrast had no significant differences.10 mg·L^(-1),20 mg·L^(-1) and 30 mg·L^(-1) CPPU treatments stimulated fruit growth both in vertical and horizontal diameter,increased fruit weight and advanced maturity.^()40 mg·L^(-1),50 mg·L^(-1) CPPU treatments noticeably deferred maturity.CPPU at 20 mg·L^(-1) was recommended to be sprayed on fruit 7 d and 14 d after full bloom for peach commercial production.
