摘要 设定10℃、16℃、22℃和28℃4个温度梯度,研究了温度变化对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)血细胞数量、大小及血清生化成分的影响。结果显示:①红细胞和白细胞的数量都受到温度的显著影响,两者在10℃时数量最高;②红细胞的长径以及长径/短径受到温度的显著影响,10℃时数值最大,而短径则不受温度的显著影响;各种白细胞除长径(淋巴细胞除外)与短径受到温度的显著影响,但变化没有明显的规律性;随着温度的升高,淋巴细胞的长径/短径显著下降,单核细胞的长径/短径显著上升;③随着温度的升高,血清钙、血清总脂和血清胆固醇的含量显著下降,血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白的含量显著上升。 In order to investigate the effect of temperature on number and size of blood cells and serum biochemistry composition of yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco),a trial was carried out at different temperatures(10℃,16℃,22℃ and 28℃).The re- sults showed that the numbers of red blood cell and white blood cell were affected signifi- cantly by temperature,and the numbers were the highest at 10℃ for both cells.For red blood cell,the size of long diameter and long diameter/short diameter were the highest significantly at 10℃,and the size of short diameter were not affected significantly by temperature.For various kinds of white blood cells(except for lymphocyte),the size of long diameter and short diameter were affected significantly by temperature.For lympho- cyte(monocyte),the long diameter/short diameter decreased(increased)significantly as the temperature increased.The composition of serum calcium,serum lipid and serum cholesterol decreased and the composition of serum protein,and serum albumin and ser- um-globulin increased significantly as the temperature increased.
