A Brief Exposition of New-Period Stage Plays

将新时期话剧划分为五个时期,即发端期(1976～1978)、发展期(1979～1980)、探索期(1980～1985)、深化期(1986～1989)和多元化发展趋向(1989-),并对每个时期的创作特征,代表作品加以阐释,对新时期话剧纵横两方面的发展进行了整体的把握.

The history of the Chinese ncw--period stage plays is divided into five successive periods as follows .：the beginning stage （1976～1978 ） ; the development period （1979～1980） ; the exploration stage （1980～1.985） ; the deepening stage （1986 ～1989） and the prcsent pluralistic stage （1989-） . By presenting the features of each stage, the author aims at achieving an overall mastery of the development of new period stage plays both vertically and horizontally.
