摘要
人才观念创新是一个国际性的新话题,我国要从人口大国转变为人力资源强国,首先的一点就是进行人才观念的创新,尤其是加快进行人才价值、人才选拔、人才使用、人才配置等方面的观念创新,更好地做好人才资源的开发和利用,为现代化建设,为小康目标的实现提供智力支撑。
As an internationally newly--discussed topic, the innovative concept on trained personnel is of vital importance for China's conversion from a large country in population number to a strong country in human recourse. In detail, such innovative concepts should be quicken as value, selec- tion, employment and station of the trained personnel. At the same time, the exploitation and use of the human resources also should be made better use in order to provide intellective support for China's modernization and for Chinese living standards to a fairly comfortable life.
