Simulative Design of Automobile's Front Rails Based on the Pre-distortion Control Theory

摘要 研究了汽车普通前纵直梁的变形方式和吸能特点,针对其在碰撞过程中加速度曲线的不足,依据预变形理论,对薄壁直梁进行了改进,并通过有限元软件验证了改进方案的合理性,该方案有利于乘员保护. In front of the automobile, the front rails are paper, the authors have studied the ordinary front rails mainly the automobile collision energy absorption parts. In the distortion way and their characteristic. In view of the collision process of the insufficient acceleration curve, the authors have made the improvement according to the pre-distortion theory in the thin wall straight beam, confirmed its rationality through the finite element software and explained the improvement program is conducive to the protection of crew members.
