摘要
利用热重分析法对六枝化处煤和娄底煤焦两种单煤及其混煤的热解、着火和燃尽等燃烧特性进行了研究.试验结果表明,不同煤质的煤进行掺烧,着火性能和燃烧速度与各个单煤相比有差异,提出了反映煤燃烧、着火及燃尽性能的燃烧特性综合判别指数S′,对两煤种混烧的燃烧特性及其燃尽性能进行初步预测.
The pyrolysis, ignition and burnout characteristics of Liuzhihua' s coal and Loudi' s coal and their blends were studied by thermogravlmetric analysis. The experimental results show that there were different ignition temperatures and combustibility for both the blended coals and the parent coals. A factor S' is suggested to evaluate integrative characteristics of ignition and burnout. The variation of S' with the change of the blended ratio reveals a strong dependence on blending ratio,which provided the theoretical forecast for the integrative trend of the combustion performance and the burnout characteristic of these coals.
