摘要
针对西部地区严酷环境条件,制备了24组不同配合比的混凝土,并研究了水胶比、水泥用量、矿物掺和料和养护龄期对高性能混凝土强度的影响规律。结果表明:配制强度等级C40以上的混凝土,其W/B必须小于0.4;W/B=0.4时,水泥用量不宜超过500 kg/m3;矿物掺合料的品种及掺量的变化对混凝土工作性和强度的影响很大;随养护龄期增长,掺矿物掺合料的混凝土在后期强度增长较快。
Aimed at special application in the west of China,24 series of mix proportion of concrete accommodating; the west rigorous environment were prepared, and the influences of water-binder ration (W/ B) ,amount ,of cement,mineral admixtures and curing age upon the strength of high performance concrete (HPC) were investigated. The experimental results show that if the compressive strength grading of concrete was higher than C40, the W/B must be less than 0.4; when W/B = 0.4, the amount of cement should be not more than 500 kg/m^3 ; and the changes of the kinds and content of mineral admixtures also have great influences on workability and strength of concrete. Strength of concrete with mineral admixture increased faster than that of OPC as the increased curing age.
