摘要
用原子吸收法测定冠心病患者43例及健康对照者36例头发中Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg元素的含量。结果表明:冠心病患者头发中Zn含量显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),Cu、Ca含量显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),Mg含量极显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。揭示体内Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg元素含量与冠心病发病存在一定关系。
In order to study the relation between the contents of Zn,Cu,Ca and Mg in hair of 43 patients with coronary and 36 heath people were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry（AAS）. The results showed that the contents of Zn in the coronary was higher than that of the health people （ P 〈 0.05 ）, The contents of Cu, Ca in the coronary heart diseease groop were lower than that of the health people（P〈0.05）. The contents of Mg was more lower than that of the health people （P〈 0.01 ）. Announcing to public the certain relation between the coronary and the content level of Zn, Cu, Ca and Mg in body.
