摘要
对托电一期电除尘器存在的问题进行了全面分析,探讨了其除尘效率低下的主要原因,并就灰分的比电阻、比集尘面积、气流分布、阴阳极振打等方面进行了分析、研究,介绍了所采取的技术措施。
The paper overall analyzes the existing problems in ESP at Tuoketwo phase 1 power plant ,discusses the main reasons of the ESP low-efficiency,and studies some problems such as module resistance ,the area of collector plates,the distribution of the air airflow,the reliability of the rapping of collector plates ,etc,and put forward the solution improving collection efficiency.
