托克托发电厂二期循环水泵改造分析探讨 被引量:3

摘要 针对托克托发电有限责任公司(下称托电)二期循环水泵自投产以来长期振动问题,从泵体振动频谱、泵入口流道模型试验、泵本身设计理论等方面进行了分析和试验,提出并实施了降低电机支架、减小电机转速和改变泵的叶轮形式的改造方案,从而解决了循环水泵振动长期超标的问题。并对同类型机组的循环水泵选型提出了一些建议。 Since the circulating water pump at phase Ⅱ was put into operation in Tuoketuo Power Generation Co. Ltd,the vibration was a long-standing problem. Analysis was made on pump vibration frequency spectrum ,model test of inlet flow and the design of the pump. Renovation plan was formulated and implemented such as to lower motor support and motor speed and change the type of pump impeller. And the vibration problem was eventually solved. Moreover, suggestions were given on type selection of circulating water pumps for similar units.
