摘要
为了对硬质合金生产过程中氢净化回收循环系统进行更安全有效的监控,改变了过去传统的盘装仪表设计方式,采用台湾研华先进的ADAM5000E/RS485数据采集模块和工业控制计算机等,成功地设计了一种较为经济的氢净化回收数据采集监控系统.详细介绍了该系统的硬件设计原理及其选型配置,对工控机通信原理和FIX数据监控和采集软件的组态功能进行了阐述.设计中特别注意到了抗干扰和现场安全防爆问题.几年的运行表明,该系统具有界面直观,运行安全可靠和易于维护管理的特点.
To effectively monitor the hydrogen purification recycle system in the cemented carbide process, a set of data acquisition system based on ADAM5000E/RS485 was successfully designed for the hydrogen recycle system, which completely changed the traditional design mode of instruments on panel. The paper describes the system hardware design principle, configuration and its specific types selection in detail, and discusses the IPC communication flowchart and FIX configuration software function. In addition, anti-interference and anti- explosion problems on spot is especially considered in the whole system design. The smart system operation shows that it has the features of friendly visual interface, operation safety and reliability, and easy maintenance and management, etc.
