摘要 研究了片状无烟煤的颗粒特性,观察和实测了燃烧该无烟煤的循环流化床锅炉的运行表现。针对片状颗粒特点,利用煤粉锅炉的卫燃带技术调整锅炉热力责任,建立了飞灰含碳量与炉膛出口之间的关系,有效地降低了片状颗粒的飞灰含碳量。 The characteristic of chip-like blind coal is studied in this paper. The operation performance of CFB boilers burning this kind of coal is observed and measured. In accordance with the characteristics of chip-like particles, the relationship between fly ash carbon content and the outlet of the furnace is establish, utilizing the heat-insulate layer of pulverized coal boiler to adjust the thermal responsibility of the boiler. Thus the fly ash carbon content is effectively reduced.
