社会因素对剖宫产率上升的影响浅析

The effect of social factors on the increases in cesarean rate

目的:分析社会因素对剖宫产率上升的影响。方法:对吉林大学第二医院妇产科1998～2004年的剖宫产情况进行回顾分析。对2005年3～4月60例剖宫产产妇进行问卷调查。结果:7年来该院剖宫产率逐渐上升,在社会因素中以考虑胎儿安全占首位。结论:普及妊娠分娩知识,正确认识剖宫产的利弊,为自然分娩创造有利条件,有望降低以社会因素为指征的剖宫产率。

Objective： To analyze the social factors to elevate caesarean rate. Methods： The trends of the percentage change in caesarians based on statistics of the No. 2 Hospital of Jilin University between 1998 - 2004 were analyzed. 60 pregnant women were asked to answer a designed questionnaire between March and April in 2005. Results： In the past seven years the percentage of caesarians showed obvious increase. . The safety of fetus comes to the first in social factors. Conclusion ： To popularize pregnancy and labor knowledge, to recognize section advantages and disadvantages correctly, to make full preparation for virginal delivery. , these measures suggest that the CSR with social factors can be reduced.
