Meta-analysis of GyneFix IN IUD on the clinical effect and adverse reaction

目的:分析和评价吉妮IN宫内节育器(GyneFixINIUD)的临床效果及副作用。方法:利用Meta分析方法对GyneFixINIUD与其他类型IUD的临床随机对照试验结果进行定量综合分析。结果:随访12个月吉妮INIUD与其他类型IUD两组比较,差别均具有统计学意义,其OR合并值分别为:带器妊娠(0.31)、脱落(0.44)、因症取出(0.35)、经量改变(0.50)、经期改变(0.76)、分泌物改变(0.55)、腰腹痛(0.39)和出血(0.49)。结论:除腰腹痛指标外,其余7个指标均具有统计学意义且可得出确切结论,说明吉妮IUD具有较好的临床效果和较小的副作用。

Objective： To evaluate and assess the clinical effect and side effect of GyneFix IN IUD. Methods： Using meta - analysis to pool the trial results on the clinical effect and side effect of GyneFix IN IUD. Results： The difference between the GyneFix IN IUD group and the groups of other kind of IUDs has statistical significance and definite conclusions can be made, pooled OR after following up for 12 months respectively were ： pregnancy with IUDs （0. 31 ） ; expulsion （0. 44） ; removement for medical reasons （0. 35 ） ; change in the amount of menstruation （0. 50） ; change in menstrual cycles （0. 76） ; change of secretion （0. 55） ; pain in the back and the abdomen （0. 39） and bleeding （0. d.9） . Conclusion： Except pain in the back and the abdomen, other 7 targets have statistical significance and definite conclusions which shows that GyneFix IN IUD has better effectiveness and lower Side effect comparing with other IUDs.
