乳腺癌改良根治术同期假体植入乳房重建

Modified radical mastectomy combined with breast reconstruction by silicone breast prosthesis for breast cancer

目的:介绍乳腺癌改良根治术同期假体植入乳房重建的经验。方法:1999年2月～2004年5月,我们对21例I、Ⅱ期乳腺癌行保留皮肤和乳头的改良根治术,同时应用假体植入胸大、小肌之间行乳房再造。结果:应用该方法治疗,均获得成功,无手术并发症。再造的乳房形态良好,不影响患侧上肢的活动功能。结论:I、Ⅱ期乳腺癌改良根治术同期乳房再造,满足了肿瘤的根治和形体美容两方面的要求,提高了患者的生存质量,值得推广。

Objective： To introduce experience about modified radical mastectomy combined with breast reconstruction by silicone breast prosthesis for breast cancer. Methods： From February 1999 to May 2004, patients with breast cancer of stage I and II were performed on modified radical mastectomy combined with breast reconstruction by silicone breast prosthesis between the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor for breast cancer. Results： All the operations were successed and no operative complications occurred. The appearance of reconstructed breast was excellent. The active function of illateral upper limb didnt be affected. Conclusion： Modified radical mastectomy combined with breast reconstruction by silicone breast prosthesis may satisfy as treatment for stage I and II patients with breast cancer and aesthetis as well as the improvement on quality of life, this method is safe , effective and worth popularization.
