更年期功血两种治疗方法比较

Comparative analysis with two kinds of therapy to climacterium dysfunction uterine bleeding

目的:寻求一种既迅速又安全有效的治疗更年期功血的方法。方法:将50例更年期功血病者分为两组,单纯孕激素治疗组25例和刮宫加孕激素治疗组25例,统计归纳两组数据。结果:刮宫加孕激素治疗组在完全止血、周期正常上明显优于单纯孕激素治疗组,并且复发率低,两组比较差异有显著性。结论:刮宫加孕激素治疗更年期功血的疗效确切优越。

Objective： To seek a safe and effective therapy for elimaeterium dysfunction uterine bleeding. Methods： 50 patients with climaeterium dysfunction uterine bleeding were selected and divided into pure progestin treatment group and curettage plus progestin treatment group. Results： The homeostasis and normal menstrual cycle of curettage plus progestin treatment group were significantly better than those in pure progestin treatment group, and the recurrence rate was lower. Conclusion： The curettage plus progestin therapy is applicable and effective in treating the climacterium dysfunction uterine bleeding. Progestin
