摘要
对穿龙薯蓣(Dioscorea nipponica Makino)的外植体进行了组织培养,筛选到离体诱导芽和微块茎的优化培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0~2.0 mg/ L+NAA 0.5~1.0 mg/ L;生根的优化培养基则为1/ 2MS+6-BA 1.0~2.0 mg/ L+NAA 0.5~1.0 mg/ L+活性炭1.0~2.0 mg/ L.建立了无性快速繁殖培养系,获得了完整的培养植株并移栽成功.
The complete individual plants of Dioscorea nipponica were induced from the explants of young stems of this specials by a tissue culture technology. The optimized medium components were selected for induce the differentiation of roots and buds. These plants formed regrowth seedlings and micro tuber in MS medium with benzyladenine (BA 1.0-2.0 mg/L), I - naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA 0.5 - 1.0 rag/L). Transfer to 1/2MS basal medium supplemented with 1.0-2.0 mg/L BA,0.5- 1.0 mg/L NAA and 1.0-2.0 mg/L activated carbon resulted in the highest root regeneration rate.
