摘要
上海国际赛车场主看台、比赛控制塔和新闻中心三个子结构组成桥式连体结构体系.以该体系为研究对象,采用组合支座隔震的方法实现释放温度应力和减小结构地震反应的目的.介绍了这种高位隔震方法的特点和减震原理,优化设计了隔震支座并分析了其特性,利用ANSYS程序对整体结构进行了非线性地震反应分析,最后对比分析了该隔震结构减震效果.结果表明:上海国际赛车场新闻中心采用组合隔震支座后,不仅可以释放温度应力,而且可以显著减小结构地震反应.目前该工程已经投入使用.
Taking the bridge-like structure at Shanghai International Circuit, which is composed of the main stand, the racing control tower and the press center, as the research object, we made a study and found that temperature-induced force was released and seismic response reduced by means of installing a combined isolator, which consists of one pot-type bearing and four rubber bearings, between the lower towers and the upper steel truss. The characteristics and principles of the high-position isolation are introduced, then the combined isolator is designed and its characteristics described. Afterwards, nonlinear seismic response analysis of the combined structure, with or without isolation, is performed using ANSYS program. The analysis results show that the seismic isolator can release the environmental temperature-induced force and significantly mitigate the seismic responses of the structure. The project has come into service and performed well.
