摘要
提出了沉管几何形状的主要检测参数,建立了测量方案;给出了准确求取对接面法线方向和平整度的数学模型;论证了严密平差解算端面尺寸及中心坐标的理论;分析了安装棱镜塔前管段位移给其相对关系确定带来的影响,给出了测量方案和算法;分析了对接面与管段中心线夹角误差对沉放后线路位置的影响,提出了控制隧道轴线偏差的措施;建立了沉放过程中实时显示管段位置的测量方案与计算理论;结合某海底隧道工程,介绍了沉管隧道对接的测量理论和方法.
This paper presents a series of items for detecting the shape of submersed tube, and constructs a plan to survey it. In order to obtain vertical axis direction and plane index of datum precisely, a theory model is given. A new theory for calculating length and center coordinates of datum on precise adjustment is developed and validated. Because the displacement of tube has occurred when target tower is placed, a survey plan and math model is presented to obtain its relative position. This paper also presents a method to solve the tunnel axis displacement on line caused by angle error between tube center axis and datum of joint. A system is designed to guide the position of tube in time when it is sinking. The measurement theory and method for submersed tube to be joined together are introduced and applied to one undersea tunnel engineering successfully.
