摘要
目的探讨紫外线照射自血回输(AUVIB)疗法对梭曼染毒家兔肺损伤的治疗作用。方法家兔40只,随机分为4组:阴性对照组、中毒组、常规治疗组及AUVIB治疗组,于中毒2 h后,收集支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)。分析碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性,并进行血气分析。结果家兔梭曼染毒后BALF中AKP、ACP活性〔(4.9±0.6)和(80.0±21.5)U.g pro-1〕显著高于阴性对照组AKP和ACP活性〔(3.6±0.7)和(54.7±15.0)U.g pro-1〕(P<0.01)。给予AUVIB治疗后,BALF中ACP和AKP活性〔(3.7±0.5)和(60.4±17.9)U.g pro-1〕与中毒组比较显著降低(P<0.05),动脉血pH值、PaO2及SaO2显著升高(P<0.05),PaCO2显著降低(P<0.01)。结论AUVIB能改善氧供和代谢,对梭曼急性中毒肺损伤的治疗有一定作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of autotransfusion of ultraviolet-irradiated blood(AUVIB) on the pulmonary damage due to soman intoxication in rabbits. Methods Forty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: negative control group, intoxication group, routine therapy group, and AUVIB therapy group. Broncho - alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected two hours after soman intoxication. The activity of acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase(AKP) were analysed, and blood gases were measured.Results The activities of ACP and AKP in BALF in intoxication group[ (4.9 ± 0.6) U· g pro^-1, and (80.0 ± 21.5) U· g pro^-1 respectively) were higher than those in negative control group [ (3.6 ± 0.7) U· g pro^-1, and (54.7 ± 15.0) U· g pro^-1 respetively) ( P 〈 0.01 ). After AUVIB therapy, the activities of ACP, AKP [ (3.7 ± 0.5 ) U· g pro^-1, and (60.4 ± 17.9) U· g pro^-1] were lower than those in intoxication group (P 〈 0.05), while PaO2, SaO2, and pH in arterial blood were higher( P 〈 0.05), and PaCO2 was lower( P 〈 0.01 ) than those in intoxication group. Conclusion AUVIB can improve oxygen supply and tissue metabolism so it may be used for acute soman intoxication therapy.
