长效缓释二氧化氯反应盒的研制及效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究长效缓释ClO2反应盒制作技术和方法及反应盒的应用价值.方法将特制的A、B 2种物料组装在一个圆形塑料盒中,制成长效缓释ClO2反应盒.检测反应盒连续释放ClO2的长效性和释放率(mg·h-1);用反应盒缓释出来的ClO2气体和其水溶液分别作杀菌试验;用反应盒缓释的ClO2气体作食品保鲜防腐和除臭试验等.结果反应盒在1~6个月内,ClO2释放率维持在20 mg·h-1左右,超过6个月,随月份数增加,ClO2释放率逐渐下降.气体ClO2杀灭大肠肝菌:0.5 mg·h-1作用12.0 h杀灭率99.97%;1.0 mg·h-1作用12.0 h杀灭率100%;3.0 mg·h-1作用3.0 h杀灭率100%;5.0 mg·h-1作用1.5 h杀灭率100%.ClO2水溶液杀灭大肠杆菌:2.5 mg·h-1作用5 min的杀灭率为99.99%;5.0 mg·h-1 作用5 min杀灭率为100%;杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞:100 mg·h-1作用10 min杀灭率100%;200 mg·h-1作用5 min杀灭率100%.结论长效缓释ClO2反应盒用于消毒杀菌、食品保鲜、除臭等效果明显,有一定实用价值. Objective To develop the production technique of a long acting and slow releasing ClO2 generating box and the applicable value of the box. Methods The ClO2 generating box was a round plastic box containing 2 special materials (A&B) . The long acting character and slow releasing rate (mg·h^-1) were tested; the experiments on bacterieeidal effect, keeping food fresh, deodorizing by ClO2 released were carried out. Results The releasing rate of the ClO2 generating box kept about 20 mg·h^-1 in the first 6 months, and then gradually descended along with time increasing. The bacteriocidal rates of gaseous ClO2 for coliform:were 99.97 % with 0.5 mg· L^-1 ClO2 for 12.0 h, 100 % with 1.0 mg· L^-1 ClO2 for 12.0 h, 100% with 3.0 mg·L^-1 ClO2 for 3.0 h, 100% with 5.0 mg·L^-1 ClO2 for 1.5 h. The bacterieeidal rateas of ClO2 liquor for coliform: were 99.99% with 2.5 nag· L^-1 ClO2 for 5min, 100% with 5.0 mg· L^-1 ClO2 for 5 min, and for black spore bacillus subtilus: were 100% with 100 nag· L^-1 ClO2 for 10 min, 100% with 200 nag· L^-1 ClO2 for 5 min. Conclusion The long acting and slow releasing ClO2 generating box can keep food fresh without contamination, and can bring good deodorization effect, too. It has certain practical value.
