摘要
目的了解蒙古族学生营养状况及其影响因素,为制订蒙古族学生营养政策提供依据.方法采用全国通用的评价标准[1],对5932名蒙古族6~18岁学生进行营养状况分析.结果蒙古族学生超重与肥胖率明显上升,2000年与1985年比较,城男、乡男分别上升了14.1和11.5个百分点;城女、乡女分别上升了9.7和7.9个百分点.营养不良患病率除乡女外,均明显下降,2000年与1985年比较,城男、乡男、城女分别下降了5.2、2.7和3.0个百分点,而乡女上升了1.6个百分点;蒙古族城乡男女学生的营养状况均与体重指数、维尔维克指数及胸围等因素有关.结论超重肥胖防治的重点是城市男生,营养不良的防治重点是乡村女生;营养状况的评价要以综合指标为主,引导学生树立正确的人体体型审美观.
Objective To understand the Mongolian student nutritional condition and its influential factors, so as to provide the basis for formulating the policy on nutrition for Mongolian students. Methods The national evaluation standard was used to analyze the nutritional condition of Mongolian students. Results The incidence rates of overweight or obesity in city boy students, and country boy students in 2000 year were 14.1%, and 11.5 % more respectively than in 1985 year; and those in city girl students, and country girl students in 2000 year were 9.7%, and 7.9% more respectively than in 1985 year. The incidence rates of malnutrition in city boy, coumtry boy, city girl, and country girl students in 2000 year were 5.2% ,2.7%, and 3.0% less, but 1.6% more respectively than in 1985 year. The nutritional condition was related with the factors such as body mass index and Vervaeck index and chest circumference etc. Conclusion In prevention and treatment for overweight or obesity, the stress should be put on the boy especially city boy students while for malnutrition on the girl especially country girl students. The nutritional condition should be evaluated by comprehensive indexes. Guide the student to have a correct aesthetic standard for body type of figure.
