摘要
目的探讨发展武警战士耐力素质的方法,提高武警部队耐力素质训练的效率和安全性。方法370名健康男性战士随机分为实验组和对照组,在耐力素质训练中,实验组采用耐力组合训练法,对照组按部队现行方案进行常规训练,持续训练8周。结果实验组训练后心肺功能、有氧代谢能力较对照组均显著提高,耐力指标优良率也明显高于对照组。实验组训练后肺活量、VO2max、PWC170较训练前分别提高了7.0%、21.5%和43.0%(P<0.01),1 5003、000 m长跑成绩提高了9.9%和10.0%(P<0.01)。结论耐力组合训练可有效发展武警战士的耐力素质,提高部队训练的安全性。
Objective To study the training method of enhancing the soldier's tolerance, efficiency, and safety in soldier's physical fitness training. Methods Three hundred and seventy healthy soldiers were randomly divided into combined training group and control group. Altemate continuous running and intermittent running were adopted in combined training group, and control group was trained as usual. The training lasted for 8 weeks. Results Cardiopulmonary functions, aerobic tolerance and tolerance quality were significantly higher in combined training group than in control group, the percentages of excellent and good tolerance indexes in training group were also significantly higher than in control group. Lung power, VO2max, and PWC170 in combined training group after training increased by 7.0%, 21.5 %, and 43.0 % respectively( P 〈 0.01 ), the performances in 1 500 km and 3 000 km running increaaed by 9.9 %, and 10.0% respectively (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Combined tolerance training can effectively improve the soldier's tolerance quality and military training safety.
