某单位SARS患者康复期生活质量及其影响因素

THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND ITS INELUENTIAL FACTORS IN CONVALESCENT PATIENTS WITH SARS

目的采用普查的方法探讨SARS病人康复期的生活质量及其影响因素。方法采用生活质量简表、社会支持量表、艾森克人格量表进行问卷调查,应用多因素logistic回归进行统计分析。结果SARS病人康复期的生活质量较正常人群低,其影响因素有职业、主观支持、对支持的利用度、股骨头缺血性坏死、肺功能改变。结论积极调节心理功能,使患者获得更多的社会支持,可改善病人生活质量。

Objective To study the quality of life and its influential factors in convalescent SARS patients. Methods SARS patients were tested with SF - 36, the sustaimnent scale in society, and the personality scale three months after discharge from the hospital. The data were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results The quality of life in convalescent SARS patients was poorer than in healthy people. The influential factors were job, subjective support, utilization of support, avascular necrosis of femoral head, and change in lung function. Conclusion The quality of life in the patients may be improved by adjusting the mental function of the patients, and getting more social support.
