推进吉林省现代畜牧业发展的思考

Reflection on Developing Modern Animal Husbandry in Jilin Province

经过改革开放后20余年的发展,吉林省畜牧业已实现了从依附产业向农业经济支柱产业的过渡,畜产品产量在全国占有重要位置。但吉林省畜牧业还没有完全摆脱传统畜牧业的形态,还存在着总量不大、效率不高、疫病防治体系不健全、绿色产品少、活力不足、自主创新能力不强、畜牧业组织化程度不高、竞争力弱等方面的问题,严重制约着畜牧业的可持续发展。为此,文中提出了发展外向型畜牧业,开发东北亚畜产品市场;加强畜牧业科研,大力推广先进适用畜牧业技术,发展高产、优质、高效、生态、安全畜牧业;健全畜牧业技术推广、信息服务、畜产品质量安全和动物疫情防控体系,提高生产过程中的社会化服务水平等对策。

In the twenty years＇ development from China＇s reform and opening, animal husbandry in Jilin province has finished its transition from the adhered industry to the main industry, and now its yield plays an important role in China. But the traditional feature of animal husbandry in Jilin province has not yet been changed. There exist many problems such as less total amount, lower efficiency, imperfect system of prevention and cure, few green products and insufficient vigor. With a lack of autonomous innovation, low animal husbandry organization and weak competitive capacity, the sustainable development of animal husbandry has been hindered. For this reason, the paper puts forward the following countermeasures： to develop exported-oriented animal husbandry, to build Northeast Asian domestic animal product markets, to strengthen scientific researches, to extend advanced and practical technology, and to develop highyield, good-quality, high-efficiency, ecological and safe animal husbandry; to perfect the technology extension and information service system and the livestock product quality security and animal epidemic situation controlling system, and to improve socialized service level in the production process.
