摘要
采用顺丁烯二酸酐与甲基三乙氧基硅烷反应合成了顺丁烯二酸乙基(甲基二乙氧基硅基)酯。反应混合物及提纯后的产物均用核磁共振做了表征,还列出了提纯产物的红外光谱以及折光率。在优选的合成条件下,当n(顺丁烯二酸酐)∶n(甲基三乙氧基硅烷)=1∶1时,所得混合物中甲基三乙氧基硅烷的转化产率为51%,提纯产物收率为25%;当n(顺丁烯二酸酐)∶n(甲基三乙氧基硅烷)=2∶1反应时,所得混合物中甲基三乙氧基硅烷的转化产率为69%,提纯产物收率为30%。该目标产物可用作橡胶或弹性体的硫化剂或原位填充剂等。
Ethyl methyldiethoxylsiyl maleate was synthesized by the reaction of methyltriethoxysilane (MTES) with maleic anhydride(MAH). The reaction mixture and pure product obtained were characterized by IHNMR and IR. Under the optimal reaction conditions,when n(MAH):n(MTES) = 1:1 ,the calculated yield in the mixture was 51% ,and the yield of separated product was 25% ;when n(MAH) :n(MTES) = 2:1 ,the calculated yield in the mixture was 69% and the yield of separated product was 30%. Ethyl methyldiethoxysilyl maleate is useful in polymer and synthetic rubber processing.
